Returns & Refunds
Damaged or Faulty Items
- Reporting Window: Contact Essence within 3 working days of delivery by emailing hello@essencehome.co.uk.
- Covered Costs: Essence will cover return shipping costs for items that arrive damaged or faulty and will issue a full refund or replacement.
Change of Mind Returns
- Timeframe: You have 14 days from delivery to return an item for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are issued as store credit.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Do not mark the packaging.
- Return Costs & Loss: Customers must pay for return shipping. Essence recommends using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
