Returns and Refunds

Damaged or faulty items

We do everything we can to ensure that your package is packed with love and care.  However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with the condition, just contact us within three working days by emailing hello@essencehome.co.uk.

We will help you return the item to receive a full refund or replacement.  We will meet the return shipping costs if your item is damaged in transit or otherwise faulty.

Change of mind returns

So that you can shop with confidence you have 14 days to change your mind from the date of delivery for a full refund. After that, any refunds will be issued as 'Store Credit'.

Please hold on to any packaging until you know that you are keeping your new items as if you change your mind, we’ll ask you to return the items in their original condition and packaging in order to prevent any damage in transit.  Please do not mark the packaging.

Please ensure that the items are packaged securely as we are unable to refund items which don't reach us in a saleable condition.

Customers must return at their own cost, but we’d suggest you use a trackable service and retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Sale Items

Items purchased at a discount are non-returnable, except in the case of a manufacturing fault or transit damage.
