These one-of-a-kind earrings are entirely made from off-cuts and scraps that are collected over time through production of other collections, in order to reduce waste! They are truly unique pieces of art for your ears with each pair being different from one another, meaning these clay earrings make the perfect Christmas gift for a special someone!

Polymer clay is a super lightweight material which means even very big earrings don‘t weigh down the ear too much - perfect for load sensitive ears.

Standard UK Delivery

Cost: £4.30 for orders under £80; Free for orders £50 and over.
Delivery Time: 2–4 working days from dispatch via Royal Mail 48. Orders are typically processed the next working day.
Safe Place Policy: Royal Mail will leave items in a designated safe place if you have set one up. Essence is not liable for items delivered to your safe place.

Next Working Day UK Delivery

Cost: £9.50 via Royal Mail 24.
Cut-Off Time: Place orders before 1:00 PM (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Guarantee: Royal Mail 24 delivers next-day 94% of the time. If it fails to arrive the next working day, Essence will refund the difference between next-day and standard delivery charges.

Redelivery

If a package is returned to the depot and ultimately sent back to Essence, you will be charged for redelivery.
If a returned item is refunded instead, original postage costs will be deducted from your refund even if you originally qualified for free shipping.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Reporting Window: Contact Essence within 3 working days of delivery by emailing hello@essencehome.co.uk.
Covered Costs: Essence will cover return shipping costs for items that arrive damaged or faulty and will issue a full refund or replacement.

Change of Mind Returns

Timeframe: You have 14 days from delivery to return an item for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are issued as store credit.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Do not mark the packaging.
Return Costs & Loss: Customers must pay for return shipping. Essence recommends using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
