This organic sleeping lovey is both handmade and fair trade. An ideal gift for a newborn baby or young baby. Our elephant comforters are made using organic fabrics left over from the manufacture of baby clothes, so each design is only available in limited quantities and designs change from season to season.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Reporting Window: Contact Essence within 3 working days of delivery by emailing hello@essencehome.co.uk.
Covered Costs: Essence will cover return shipping costs for items that arrive damaged or faulty and will issue a full refund or replacement.

Timeframe: You have 14 days from delivery to return an item for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are issued as store credit.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Do not mark the packaging.
