Crafted from premium European linen, this cushion cover is digitally printed with eco-friendly dyes finished with striped piping and ribbons at each corner. Each piece is 30 x 30 cm. Thoughtfully made in small batches by skilled artisans using natural materials, eco-friendly pigment dyes, and recyclable packaging. The 100% linen fabric is derived from the flax plant - a resilient, eco-conscious crop that requires no irrigation or harmful pesticides and is often harvested by hand. Standard UK Delivery

Cost: £4.30 for orders under £80; Free for orders £50 and over.
Delivery Time: 2–4 working days from dispatch via Royal Mail 48. Orders are typically processed the next working day.
Safe Place Policy: Royal Mail will leave items in a designated safe place if you have set one up. Essence is not liable for items delivered to your safe place.

Next Working Day UK Delivery

Cost: £9.50 via Royal Mail 24.
Cut-Off Time: Place orders before 1:00 PM (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Guarantee: Royal Mail 24 delivers next-day 94% of the time. If it fails to arrive the next working day, Essence will refund the difference between next-day and standard delivery charges.

Redelivery

If a package is returned to the depot and ultimately sent back to Essence, you will be charged for redelivery.
If a returned item is refunded instead, original postage costs will be deducted from your refund even if you originally qualified for free shipping.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Reporting Window: Contact Essence within 3 working days of delivery by emailing hello@essencehome.co.uk.
Covered Costs: Essence will cover return shipping costs for items that arrive damaged or faulty and will issue a full refund or replacement.

Change of Mind Returns

Timeframe: You have 14 days from delivery to return an item for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are issued as store credit.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Do not mark the packaging.
Return Costs & Loss: Customers must pay for return shipping. Essence recommends using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
