Wipe surface clean with a damp cloth and do not immerse in water.
The ceramic grinding mechanism activates with a simple clockwise motion, only use when filled with either black peppercorns or dry rock salt up to 4mm in size. Do not fill with sea salt, wet salt, dried wet salt or pink peppercorns.
The tighter the grind adjustment button is screwed, the finer the grind. Do not overtighten to prevent damage to the ceramic mechanism.

Cost: £9.50 via Royal Mail 24.
Cut-Off Time: Place orders before 1:00 PM (Mon–Fri). Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Guarantee: Royal Mail 24 delivers next-day 94% of the time. If it fails to arrive the next working day, Essence will refund the difference between next-day and standard delivery charges.

Redelivery

If a package is returned to the depot and ultimately sent back to Essence, you will be charged for redelivery.
If a returned item is refunded instead, original postage costs will be deducted from your refund even if you originally qualified for free shipping.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Reporting Window: Contact Essence within 3 working days of delivery by emailing hello@essencehome.co.uk.
Covered Costs: Essence will cover return shipping costs for items that arrive damaged or faulty and will issue a full refund or replacement.

Change of Mind Returns

Timeframe: You have 14 days from delivery to return an item for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are issued as store credit.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Do not mark the packaging.
