Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
The ceramic grinding mechanism is activated with a simple clockwise motion. Use only with black peppercorns or dry rock salt up to 4 mm in size. Do not use with sea salt, wet salt, dried wet salt or pink peppercorns.
Turn the top knob to adjust the grind from coarse to fine. Do not overtighten to avoid damaging the ceramic mechanism.
