This necklace is 22k Gold or Silver plated on brass. Plated jewellery has the same quality as fine jewellery, however, with time, the plated layer will wear off. For that reason, we apply a layer of clear resin to prolong its durability .At least 50% of the brass we use in the jewellery make is recycled.

Damaged or faulty items:

So that you can shop with confidence you have 14 days to change your mind from the date of delivery for a full refund. After that, any refunds will be issued as 'Store Credit'.

Please hold on to any packaging until you know that you are keeping your new items as if you change your mind, we'll ask you to return the items in their original condition and packaging in order to prevent any damage in transit. Please do not mark the packaging.

Please ensure that the items are packaged securely as we are unable to refund items which don't reach us in a saleable condition.
